It's how the plan for your Retainer gets built, not a separate product, and it's included in the monthly fee.

A Retainer is 1:1 and ongoing: a dedicated operations manager working inside your business every week. A Project is 1:1 and one-off: a defined piece of work with a clear end point, scoped and priced to that piece of work.

  • Good Operators is £15+VAT/month, or £150+VAT/yr paid upfront. Retainer and Project pricing depends on your business and what's needed, so those are scoped and quoted individually, following a call.

  • It starts with the Responsible Operations Review: a structured look at how the business is actually running, so the rest of the Retainer is built on an accurate picture, not a guess. It's included in the monthly fee, not billed separately.

  • Good Operators is cancel-anytime on the monthly plan (the annual plan is paid upfront and non-refundable, but works out cheaper). Retainer and Project terms are agreed individually when the work is scoped.

  • A coach helps you think through problems; you still do the work. A VA takes on specific tasks you hand over. Sustly is different: as your operations manager, responsibility for how the day-to-day runs sits with us, not just advice or isolated tasks.
