Projects

Work with a clear start and finish, so you don’t have to commit to ongoing support. Each project is scoped when you enquire, with hands-on help until it is done. Examples include:

Fractional Retainer

Hands-on support on a monthly retainer, working as part of your team. We lead your ESG work and help keep the business running well around it.

Every retainer starts with the Responsible Operations Review, a structured look at how your business is running now. It shapes your plan and is included in the monthly fee.

It is mostly delivered remotely, with visits to your site if needed. Work is scoped upfront and reviewed as your business changes.

  • Good Operators is our ongoing ESG advice hub. It’s a group option, with one theme each quarter, a short monthly session and a drop-in clinic every fortnight.

    A Fractional Retainer is 1:1 and ongoing, with hands-on support from someone working as part of your team.

    A Project is 1:1 and one-off: a defined piece of work with a clear end point, scoped and priced to that piece of work.

  • Good Operators early access is £150+VAT a year, open until 20 November. After that, sign-ups close until the January launch, when it’s £59+VAT a month or £590+VAT a year.

    Fractional Retainer and Project pricing depends on your business and what’s needed, so we scope and quote those individually after a call.

  • It starts with the Responsible Operations Review: a structured look at how the business is actually running, so the rest of the Fractional Retainer is built on an accurate picture, not a guess. It’s included in the monthly fee, not billed separately.

  • Good Operators early access is an annual payment, non-refundable once paid. From January you can choose the monthly plan, which you can cancel at any time, or the annual plan, which is paid upfront and non-refundable but works out cheaper.

    Fractional Retainer and Project terms are agreed individually when the work is scoped.

  • We make ESG work within your business. We help you plan, and look at your processes, your people and your records. The aim is ESG work that progresses.

  • As soon as you’re ready. Good Operators starts when you join.

    A Fractional Retainer or Project begins once the work is agreed, and payment terms are set out in your scope.
