A manufacturer, ready for an NHS framework tender - Environmental
The challenge: A manufacturer needed a full carbon footprint and a carbon reduction plan that met NHS framework requirements, with a tender deadline coming up.
What we did: We completed the carbon footprint, wrote the carbon reduction plan and provided answers to the environmental questions within the tender.
The result: They submitted on time with a compliant carbon reduction plan, and were accepted onto the framework.
A manufacturer, with a plan for improvement - Social Value
The challenge: The same manufacturer had a second tender application that needed the MSAT completing.
What we did: We completed the MSAT, then carried out a gap analysis and built an improvement plan.
The result: A completed MSAT, and a clear plan for what to improve that they can use on future tenders.
A plastics recycler, varying its environmental permit - Governance
The challenge: A plastics recycler's business had changed to include additional waste processing activities and storage, so they needed to submit a permit variation.
What we did: We wrote the Fire Prevention Plan, updated their QMS and EMS to include the new activities and prepared, and submitted, the application to vary the permit.
The result: The permit variation was issued.
