Karen Daniels - Director
Karen's spent her career doing both sides of this properly: ten years in ESG, then three years as an Operations Manager in a start-up, before starting Sustly to bring the two together.
She's a certified Online Business Manager, a Chartered Waste Manager, and an IEMA Practitioner. Her approach is practical, well defined, and grounded in how organisations function day-to-day.
