Sustly is led by Karen Daniels, founder of Sustly Business Solutions, working with ethical and responsible businesses that want to run well.
Karen's work focuses on taking responsibility for how organisations run day to day - when delivery pressure is high and too much of the organising, decision-making and follow-through sits with the owner by default.
A Chartered Waste Manager and IEMA Practitioner, Karen brings extensive hands-on experience in operations, sustainability and environmental management. Her approach is practical, well defined, and grounded in how organisations actually function.
