Sustly takes responsibility for how the business runs day to day, so work moves forward without everything depending on the owner or leadership team holding it together.
Karen Daniels - Director
Sustly is led by Karen Daniels, founder of Sustly Business Solutions and a Green OBM (Online Business Manager) working with environmental and social value‑led service businesses.
Karen’s work focuses on taking responsibility for how organisations run day to day when delivery pressure is high and too much of the organising, decision‑making and follow‑through sits with the owner or leadership team by default.
Alongside business management, Karen also works as a Sustainability Strategist, providing separately scoped environmental and sustainability consultancy where organisations need direction or judgement to make proportionate, defensible decisions.
With a background in sustainability and environmental management, and hands‑on experience working inside service businesses, Karen’s approach is practical, well defined, and grounded in how organisations actually function.
